7 more hours...

7 more hours and I will be serving the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) for 8 days as a Singaporean. For those who do not know almost all male Singaporean had to undergo 2 yrs 4mths (now 2 yrs) of National Service (NS) and after which another 10 years of regular in-camp training before completing the cycle and be a really "free" man.

I had reach the half way mark already with regards to the 10 years so just a few more years to go and I will be free but for now I will not think too far cos 7 more hours will be my suffering. 8 days no aircon, no babes to see, no internet and of cos no freedom I really dun know how I going to pass it. Although I had been telling myself that 8 days will pass very fast and after that my wife will be back in Singapore but once I see the camp...

I think I better get some rest soon cos later got to wake up pretty early, do a final check to make sure I bought everything before heading for camp. So do forgive me for the next 8 days for not blogging at both SGBoleh and Cooking Husband's Recipes.
