Ok I admit I am a gambler and if I remember correctly I had already admitted that about 2 years ago but anyway in case some of the readers are rather new I will confess again that I am a gambler yes a typical gambler who almost gamble in anything, everything.
So this year Lunar New Year TOTO $10 million draw will be the time I draw my sword and start on quest. As usual I will be pooling for my company while I also will pick a few set of lucky numbers to buy on my own. But this year I am thinking of trying something different. Usually I would go for Quick Pick or System 7 but this year something caught my attention and these are the $10 Prosperity Pack, $28 Abundance Pack and $228 Lucky Pack. Not too sure whether worth it or not cos it seem like I will be lowering my chances of wining the $10 million due to less set of numbers but on the other hand I got a go at the Singapore Sweep draw. O dear headache again...
The 10th Toto Hongbao Draw will be held on 6 February 2009 (Friday) at 9.30pm at the Singapore Pools Draw Hall, PoMo (the former Paradiz Centre). Over the past 9 years, since its inception in year 2000, the Toto Hongbao Draw has created 54 millionaires. Last year, 10 lucky persons shared the jackpot, walking away with over $1million each. In all, 272,357 winning shares amounting to more than $25million were paid out in the 2008 Toto Hongbao Draw.
Tickets for the 10th Toto Hongbao Draw will go on sale from:
- 6.10pm, 29 Jan 2009 to 6pm, 2 Feb 2009 for customers buying tickets for both the 2 Feb 2009 Toto Draw and the 6 Feb 2009 Toto Hongbao Draw; and
- 6.10pm, 2 Feb 2009 to 9pm, 6 Feb 2009 for customers buying the 10th Toto Hongbao Draw only
Ticket sales close at 9pm, 6 Feb 2009, half an hour before drawtime.

Haha nah me also only a noob. If pro I will be a millionaire by now. I just know buy more equal more chances of winning :)
50 cents can win 10 million too. Sometimes it's not about the money too. My friend spent so much and got nothing.
Oh well it's debatable since more $ more opportunities too.

is there really a theory behind it? won't many people crack it if there is? or maybe they shift between a few ways of possibilities calculation? i rarely gamble, but it sure triggers my curiosity. :p

Hi Levian, I dun think got a quick way to ensure a 100% win. But sometimes if doing certain thing can make one feel like winning why not.
Hi CY, 1 million is still alot of money. Some people work their entire life also can't earn that amount.
