The morning heavy downpour had caused many places to flood (Orchard seem to be safe this time round but with some trees have fallen branches). And when the flooding got so bad, Cisco Center's basement carpark will be one such places where cars will become submarines...

Many years ago there was also one such incident where there is a sudden downpour and because it happen so fast, it actually caused many cars to submerge in the carpark and car owners can only retrieve their cars after the flooding went away and being towed out of the carpark. Due to this, Cisco had done some preparations however it seem that no matter what they do, flooding is still a concern in the basement carpark.

This morning downpour too caused the carpark to flood and announcement had been made to ask all car owners to move their cars out of the basement carpark and to the MCP next block just in case it flood and it really flooded. 

All motorcycles were also moved out of the carpark and the water-level was at about a wheel height. The world climate is really weird now cos usually this period of time should be a dry period... Why the sudden rain? Could it be the end is coming?
